Ok, so... finally ran the windows updates on my machine and tested and corrected all the naming issues with the theme and tested it myself and can say for sure it is 100% working . Made some other small changes to the appearance but ill let them be surprises.
Here is my first Visual style FOR WINDIWS VISTA 32 bit. The preview image pretty much says it all except the transparent glass start menu(instead of original black) thats not shown and some other small changes; windows are transparent when maximized.
